Responsibilities

• Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including Individual (1040), Partnerships (1065), S-Corporations (1120S), and Corporations (1120), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support tax planning and advisory services tailored to high-net-worth clients and business owners, enhancing their financial strategies.
• Manage client engagements effectively, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Review and mentor staff on their work, fostering professional development and improving overall team performance.
• Enhance tax workflows by implementing efficient processes and front-loading workpapers for year-round efficiency.
• Track billable hours and contribute to achieving firm productivity goals, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with tax regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5–8 years of public accounting tax experience with a strong focus on individual and business tax.
• Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance hands-on preparation and review responsibilities.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Solid tenure and career progression within the tax field.
