Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and business owners, enhancing their financial outcomes.
• Oversee and optimize tax workflows, focusing on efficiency and year-round effectiveness in tax preparation.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and senior accountants, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.
• Track billable hours and contribute to the firm’s productivity goals, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of all client engagements, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • CPA license strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of public accounting tax experience with a focus on individual and business taxation.
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex entities.
  • Demonstrated stability in career progression with consistent tenure.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while also managing detailed tasks effectively.
