Responsibilities

Analyze purchase agreements and valuation reports to ensure accurate accounting for acquisitions.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the annual financial statement audit, serving as the main contact for external auditors.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of tax-related financial data to external advisors.
Calculate and document equity-based compensation, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Research and document complex accounting guidance under US GAAP for non-routine transactions.
Collaborate with finance leadership to implement new accounting standards and procedures.
Maintain and update technical accounting memos to support financial reporting conclusions.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license (active or in process strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting
