Join a dynamic and innovative organization as a Manager of Financial Reporting, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our external SEC financial reporting processes. As a key contributor to our corporate accounting and finance function, you will drive impactful financial strategies while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and timely completion of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Proxy.
Consolidate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements through comprehensive checklists.
Review and enhance subsidiary and divisional reporting packages to streamline the consolidation process.
Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, serving as the primary contact for audit requests.
Support the preparation of earnings releases and financial schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Monitor new accounting standards and lead implementation efforts to maintain compliance and enhance reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations, to align on reporting matters and improve internal controls.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
5–7+ years of relevant experience in public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier) and financial reporting at a public company.
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls.
Hands-on experience with SOX 404 compliance, including management testing and coordination with internal audit.
Proficiency in XBRL/iXBRL tagging and related SEC filing requirements.
Experience managing external audits and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Workiva, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
Big 4 public accounting experience.
Experience in a diversified, multi-segment organization, including exposure to foreign currency translation and international reporting.
CPA license preferred.
