Staff Accountant

Location: Laguna Beach, CA (This is an in-office position)

About Us: We are a leading commercial real estate firm committed to excellence in property management and investor relations. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial functions, including investor reporting and full-cycle accounting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting team
• Perform full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, financial statements, and reporting
• Prepare and review investor financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
• Use Yardi software to manage real estate accounting functions

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Yardi software is required
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
