Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations teams to consolidate financial data, enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
- Support corporate financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with both corporate and segment-level financial goals.
- Create and maintain reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to streamline financial processes.
- Develop Power BI dashboards to present financial performance, key metrics, and trends to senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including variance and profitability analyses, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Build detailed financial models to inform corporate strategy, capital expenditures, and cost management decisions.
- Enhance financial reporting processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or another fully integrated ERP system.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Power BI and financial modeling.
