Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual business unit operating plan, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial budgets, to drive revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Analyze trends and key improvement initiatives to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making and proactive management.
• Deliver timely monthly financial reports, providing insights into variances and trends to guide operational adjustments and strategic planning.
• Enhance financial forecasting accuracy by integrating current information and metrics, enabling effective resource allocation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with all functions to gain a deeper understanding of operational drivers, ensuring cost control and performance optimization.
• Lead initiatives to improve analytics and metrics, establishing weekly and monthly performance indicators that support timely and accurate forecasts.
• Serve as a strategic partner in long-term planning, identifying optimal investment opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to maximize long-term EBITDA and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite, and familiarity with revenue recognition standards (ASC-742).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving financial performance improvements.
