Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in developing strategic financial goals.
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing financial reporting processes.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance or a similar senior management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.

- Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with acquisition integration and revenue recognition, including ASC-742 standards.
