Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and compliance, to support organizational goals.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with company initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes, including ERP solutions such as SAP or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in developing strategic financial goals.
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing financial reporting processes.
• Extensive experience in corporate finance or a similar senior management role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with acquisition integration and revenue recognition, including ASC-742 standards.
