Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services function, developing and managing people, processes, and performance metrics.
• Design and implement repeatable onboarding and implementation frameworks to enhance customer experience.
• Oversee customer projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless transitions and effective feedback loops.
• Establish and monitor systems and KPIs for utilization, time-to-value, and operational margins.
• Continuously refine delivery processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• CPA or a strong accounting background with comprehensive knowledge of finance workflows and accounting tools.
• 10+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role within Professional Services or Implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
• A proven track record of building structured processes and scalable frameworks.
• Ability to balance customer outcomes with automation and efficiency to drive significant impact.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with CFOs, Controllers, and accounting teams.
• Data-driven mindset, utilizing metrics to enhance delivery and team performance.
• U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with acquisition integration, revenue recognition, or ASC-742 standards.
