Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance financial forecasting models to support monthly and long-term planning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational and financial decision-making.
- Assist in M&A activities, including financial modeling, synergy assessments, and integration planning for acquired businesses.
- Prepare and present comprehensive management reporting packages to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track trends and inform strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support profitability and operational performance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience for Financial Analyst or 4–7 years for Senior Financial Analyst in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or similar roles.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in preparing dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in multi-unit, retail, or service-based businesses.
- Exposure to corporate development, M&A, or investment banking.
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms like DOMO.
