Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.
- Oversee cash management, including the preparation and execution of corporate and fund payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger entries to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support accounts receivable functions, including tracking invoices and assisting with collections.
- Assist in month-end close activities and preparation of audit requests and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in accounting workflows.
- Contribute to special projects based on demonstrated capabilities and interests.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of audit/assurance experience in public accounting, preferably in financial services or private equity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite; interest in automation and data efficiency.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and ASC-740.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
