Responsibilities

• Develop and manage corporate, departmental, and project earnings and cash flow forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
• Analyze historical financial performance to identify key trends and drivers impacting business operations.
• Prepare and oversee annual budgets, ensuring alignment with resource utilization across business units.
• Contribute to the quarterly close process, focusing on Assets Under Management (AUM) and fundraising reporting.
• Support corporate financing activities by preparing materials for lenders and rating agencies.
• Evaluate new business development opportunities and assess their financial implications.
• Conduct profitability analyses, including expense allocations, margin metrics, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must-Have:
• 6-8 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience in the financial services or asset management industry.
• Proficient in building and working with complex financial models, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and tact.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis software, such as Workday.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or MBA.
