Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards, including ASC-742.
- Support revenue recognition processes and assist in acquisition integration efforts to facilitate seamless financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite for data management and reporting, enhancing efficiency in financial operations.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed reports to highlight financial trends and variances.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, contributing to the organization's financial planning efforts.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP or NetSuite.
- Experience with revenue recognition and financial statement preparation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Nice-to-Have:
