Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support weekly management meetings and strategic discussions.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages and quarterly materials for board meetings, translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Analyze product lines and customer segments to identify performance drivers and forecast future trends, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate on business case development for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities through pricing strategies and cost efficiencies, driving value creation across the organization.
• Define and implement KPIs that promote accountability and operational excellence, benchmarking performance against industry standards.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, consulting, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
• Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong financial modeling skills.
• Must-Have: Experience extracting and transforming data from tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Must-Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
