Responsibilities

• Employ diverse sourcing and recruiting techniques to identify, assess, and secure top Accounting and Finance talent, focusing on sectors such as Investment, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Venture Capital.
• Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to efficiently meet client demands.
• Serve as a trusted consultant and advocate for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring journey.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication to ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and clients alike.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to share insights and achieve collective goals.
• Regularly utilize data and performance metrics to enhance recruiting strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• A demonstrated history of success in full-desk recruiting, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a strong enthusiasm for connecting talented individuals with excellent career opportunities.
• A high degree of motivation, urgency, and accountability, along with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
