Description: **Responsibilities**
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis for the Real Estate/PE firm with multi billion AUM
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervise the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance
- Implement and maintain internal controls
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate or Private Equity industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
